MAX Security Portal is a web-deployed system that runs on an Oracle™
platform. Oracle™ is a proven product that sets the standard worldwide. Since MAX is installed on the server only and clients access MAX through the facility network using a web browser, an Oracle™ license is required only for the server that houses MAX and if the server currently has an Oracle™ license no other license is required.
